Yay! Managed to make a bento today. Luckily, my 3 hr lab ended like 2 hours early, so i had spare time to make something before my next class.

My konnyaku infatuation.
Dig in: Chilli sauce, konnyaku jelly with longan, ommelette, sausage, carrots, fried noodels, mixed veggies

Okay. Today's bento is again simple, and when i say simple, it means not really complicated dishes like curry. Well, this is a student's life! I love egg! I have it in almost ALL my bentos. Eggs are so easy to cook and they taste absolutely delicious. Well, i wouldnt have made the egg scrambled like that, but i was trying to experiment something with fried egg which failed. The fried noodles taste surprising nice, considering i made it inn like 10 minutes. Sometimes when the noodles already taste nice by themselves, it does matter what seasonings you add, the dish will always taste nice. So what noodles you use is really important!

I made the konnyaku jelly yesterday night, for me and my brother. I added canned logan as the fillings. Konnyaku jelly is basically japanese jelly. The texture is completely different from the usual jello we eat. And its suppose to be a healthy snack (of course without the colouring). Its the best jelly you'd ever eat. And its really easy to make. I took around.. 10 minutes. And another 2 hours for the jelly to harden and cool. The jelly actually hardens VERY quickly, so it should already harden in 20 minutes in the fridge. Then, slide it into the freezer for another 20 mins and you get cold, delicious jelly.

Yummy yummy. Okay, off i go to bed! Hope to make another bento soon. Projects are piling up!
